Eat To Live

The above food pyramid is one I try to generally follow on a daily basis, it is adapted from Dr. Joel Furhman and his book Eat to Live… I am not a strict vegan or vegetarian but I do tend to agree with Dr. Furhman’s approach and what he calls nutritarian eating or lifestyle, meaning the goal is to eat nutrient dense food per calories taken in, and it’s true that your tummy can get a whole lot fuller on fresh vegetables and whole foods for a lot less calories!  Though I do not fully follow all of his recommendations all of the time, I think he has a wonderful message and approach to eating!
