Yum! Great way to start a Monday morning! Recently I found two new great items at my local health food store, Cultured almond milk yogurt and almond coconut milk….. almonds and coconut together, need I say more?!
Here are the stars of this smoothie
This yogurt has 6 live and active cultures just like yogurt made from cow’s milk!
What you will need for this awesomeness in a glass:
1 (8 oz) cup of unsweetened Vanilla almond coconut milk
1 (6 oz) container of coconut amande cultured almond milk (or comparable brand)
4 or 5 ice cubes
1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 large handful of organic fresh spinach
1 small or 1/2 med banana
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
P.s. if it is too thick add a little more almond milk or water….
